Louisiana State University invites applications for the position of Associate Director of Employer Development and Relations within the LSU Career Center (OCC). Reporting to the Senior Director, this position serves on the leadership team of LSU Olinde Career Center and has primary responsibility for all employer relations and the outreach strategy for the office. The Associate Director, Employer Development and Relations plays a critical role in managing the execution of the university career services function. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE: Leads the Employment Development and Relations team in strategically identifying, cultivating, strengthening, and evaluating employer relationships to maximize student career opportunities.
