Attend a variety of on and off-campus events, as well as virtual recruitment events including college- wide open houses held on all campuses.
Assist prospective students through the inquiry, application, and enrollment process.
Provide superior customer service to students, families, and other stakeholders through the admissions process.
Maintain working knowledge of Camden County College's academic and student affairs programs.
Represents the college at information sessions on and off-campus involving recruitment activities such as college tours, college fairs, and school presentations.
Collect, maintain, and report event data in a timely manner.
Ability to work directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds.
Comply with all safety, fire, and smoking regulations.
Complete all mandatory compliance and safety training as scheduled by Human Resources.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Excellent customer service skills.
Student focused, with knowledge about CCC programs and resources.
Strong interpersonal skills: oral and written communications.
Comfortable with public speaking. Ability to address both small and large crowds.
Highly energetic, flexible, and motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Availability to work a flexible schedule with occasional early morning, evening, and weekend activities.
Valid driver's license, insurance and personal vehicle.
PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS
This position requires constant mobility on and off site (attending meetings, setting up events/displays and taking materials such as information packets to events on and off campus).
Dexterity in working with computers is mandatory (writing communications, inputting data onto spreadsheets, uploading databases, researching databases and querying databases).
