The primary goal of this role is to advocate for the College, the Early College Access Programs and its students while facilitating the development of a comprehensive career counseling program in partnership with DEWD/WDB and Baltimore County Public Schools.
Bachelor?s degree required in Education, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field and Master?s Degree preferred. Experience in Admissions or Student Services working with diverse student populations is preferred. Two years experience working with high school students required.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.

Remain knowledgeable about the College, its structure, culture, policies, practices and the Early College Access Programs.
Serve as point of contact for internal and external organizations and students in the Early College Access Programs.
Serve as an advocate for the College, the Early College Access Programs and its students.
Represent the college at networking events, affinity groups, and business and industry associations.
Serve as liaison between College departments, faculty and/or staff, as required.
