Department: Counseling Center - 40240Brief Summary of Work for this position: The Case Manager provides a blended function of case management services, including referral, follow up, and coordination of care with off campus providers; this includes conducting initial assessments for students seeking counseling, engaging in non-clinical student consultations, and maintaining relationships with off campus providers.Other duties include:Participating in the development and delivery of proactive, psycho-educational programming initiatives and participating in the after-hours/on-call rotationProviding general and clinical supervision services, as needed and as able, based on licensure level and status
