Xavier University’s Division of Student Affairs seeks qualified applicants for the new position of Assistant Director for New Student Programs. This is a twelve-month, exempt role that supports student belonging and success by providing direction for new student orientation and transition programming. The role is responsible for the planning and execution of the Manresa New Student Orientation, Spring Transfer Orientation, and some additional transition programming. The Assistant Director supervises student employees and a summer graduate intern.
