As a key member of the leadership team of the Career Center, the Director, Career Communities is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive and robust industry education program that is fully integrated into the Career Center's programs and positions Hamilton as a leader in industry education and post-graduate preparation. The inaugural Director, Career Communities reports to the Executive Director of Maurice Horowitch Career Center and will be part of the College Advancement office. In addition to launching and leading the Center's industry education efforts, the Director partners with a high-functioning career services team across work streams in the Career Center.
