The Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management is an innovative and strategic enrollment manager with broad leadership skills. The incumbent, reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, possesses the skills to provide wide-ranging leadership for enrollment management in a complex environment; superior communication and listening skills; exceptional analytical capacity and technological sophistication; ability to form strong, collaborative connections across the University and its partners. As the principal deputy to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Chief Enrollment Officer, the AVP has day to day oversight of many core functions in enrollment management including, but not limited recruitment, admissions, financial aid, c
