Reporting directly to the Director of Student Engagement and Belonging, the Assistant Director is responsible for providing leadership, coordination, and advising within the multiple department work areas. The Assistant Director supports student success by coordinating and executing a student engagement model specifically for student-led organizations including recreational and student club sports organizations, cultural and faith-based organizations, student government and student programming. The student engagement model foregrounds social identities, interpersonal skills development, and nurtures cultural intelligence development.
