Xavier University’s Division of Student Affairs seeks qualified applicants for the new position of Assistant Director for Student Organizations. This newly created position is a twelve-month, exempt role that is responsible for 160+ registered student organizations, including developing student organization trainings, managing and enforcing student organization-related policies, and developing and distributing resources for student organization support. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with college students and student events. The ability to problem-solve, manage interruptions, and connect with students and their employee advisors is essential to the position.
