Reporting to the AVP of Student Affairs, the Director of Community Standards and Wellbeing assumes primary leadership across campus for creating, managing, and delivering educational programming related to student wellbeing, including educating the campus community around student behavioral concerns stemming from mental health challenges, trauma, issues of structural racism or inequity.  This position will have direct oversight and responsibility for the student conduct and judicial process, will oversee the partnership with the Center for Human Development and the partnership with the JED Foundation, will chair the CARE Team and the Mental Health Task Force, will oversee the DHE Mental Health Grant and subsequent grants in this area, and will partner deeply with departments such as Cam
