Job Summary The Assistant Director for Employer Engagement plans and executes initiatives that align with the Engineering Career Services' strategic priorities relating to employer engagement and professional connections. The primary function for this position is to foster relationships with external stakeholders and campus partners who provide experiential learning opportunities and/or recruit students for jobs and internships. In addition, this role is charged with leading all aspects of career fairs, corporate partners program, employer strategies, and other career related events critical to expanding networking, employment opportunities, and career development programming for students in The Grainger College of Engineering.
