PRIMARY PURPOSE/GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Assistant Dean and Director of Campus Life, the Assistant Director of Residential Life (ADRL) will have primary responsibility for the oversight and support of the residential community, cultivating an environment that enhances and promotes the academic, personal, and social development & success of the residential student population.
