Overview: Provide counseling and psychotherapy. psychological assessment, and crisis intervention to students.Essential Duties: Conduct extensive psychological interviews, formulate appropriate treatment plans. when necessary, coordinate office-campus hospitalization(s). psychiatric, or medical evaluations. Make referrals to resources both on and off campus. Meet with students on a weekly. biweekly. or as needed basis as clinically appropriate to improve students functioning. Clinical care is provided based on ethical theories, principles, and methods. Develop a treatment plan of action aimed toward the prevention, treatment, and resolution of mental, social, emotional, and psychological dysfunction and distress. Refer to both
