We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact for operations and logistics for the entire Student Transitions and Family Engagement Portfolio (ST+FE). Specifically, this position coordinates and manages all program logistics including but not limited to meeting space/classroom scheduling, arranging AV equipment and support, parking/transportation, catering/dining, event registration, event signage, equipment rental, vendor contracts, expense tracking, etc. This position will be the primary logistical liaison for all events within the ST+FE portfolio including Move In, Pre-Orientation, New Student Orientation (NSO), Family onboarding, and Family weekend as well as for smaller signature programming.
