Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for designing and administering the academic components of the Talent Search Program and assists with the management, administration, and implementation of the Talent Search Program.Recruit, identify, and select student participants to meet project objectives. This includes program presentations, student and parent orientations, and application reviews.Interface directly with students to deliver services to meet the project's participants' needs.
