Associate Director of Residential Life
Overview: The Associate Director (AD) is a vital in-person member of the residential life professional staff and reports directly to the Director of Residential Life. In this capacity, the AD plays a crucial role as part of the senior leadership team in the residential life department. The AD is entrusted with the oversight of a residential community comprising approximately 2,500 first year and second year students. One of the primary responsibilities of the AD is to facilitate a dynamic co-curricular learning and engagement experience for all on-campus residents. Collaborating closely with various colleagues within the Division of Student Affairs and university-wide departments, including CARE, Health and Wellness, Student Conduct and Community Standards
