Position Summary: The Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Program is a state-supported student success program that provides New Jersey residents holistic support and student success including comprehensive academic, personal, and financial support services and financial assistance. Under the supervision of the Manager, the Senior Counselor provides direct academic and holistic student support services to a caseload of undergraduates in the Rutgers-Camden EOF Program. The Senior Counselor monitors the success of EOF students and tracks their progress toward degree completion.
