The College of Engineering (COE) is seeking an Assistant Dean, Graduate Education and Strategic Initiatives with exceptional experience in student academic affairs that will promote growth in our applications, enrollment, strengthen our student success and postdoctoral support initiatives. This individual will collaborate with the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs on the Colleges strategic vision for graduate student recruitment, retention and graduate student and postdoctoral trainee professional/career development, and strategic institutional partnerships and ensures the implementation of this vision.
