Job Description:
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
Oversee and maintain all athletic fields and facilities as directed by the Director of Athletics.
Serve as on-site event manager for all athletic events as needed.
Ensure that all home contests are run per NJCAA, Region XIX, and Camden County College standards.
Secure all athletic facilities after completion of event(s)/practices.
Serve as a liaison for athletic facility rentals/set-ups.
Oversee equipment room, including inventory control through equipment and uniform disbursement/collection processes and laundry service as directed.
Responsible for the upkeep and service records of all athletic machinery.
Work with College facilities department regarding work and set-ups for College Athletic events.
Oversee Game day staff.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
SECONDARYFUNCTIONS
1. Supervise the distribution and return of equipment and materials borrowed or used by the various groups of the College community which utilize the Papiano Gymnasium.
2. Assist setting up equipment for facility functions.
3. Keep facilities clean and in safe working order. Responsible for clean up and storing of equipment and materials after each session.
4. Responsible for carrying out all other additional duties assigned by the Director of Athletics.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred.
Understanding of NJCAA, Region XIX and GSAC rules preferred.
Computer skills (Word, Excel) required.
CPR/ First Aid AED certification required within 3 months of hire.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
Valid driver's license, insurance, and personal vehicle.
