The full-time OEI Academic Advisor is a member of the Equity & Inclusion staff and is responsible for direct service to the students who receive scholarships under the OEI office, who include low-income, Pell eligible, and first-generation college students from diverse backgrounds. This knowledgeable and student-oriented person will work directly with OEI scholars and will offer personal, academic, and career advising on one-on-one setting as well as in small groups.  This position reports to the Director of Equity & Inclusion Programs and is a full-time, salaried position in Student/Academic Affairs.Close collaboration is expected with other staff and offices and programs across the College; including the Learning Commons, the Dean of Student Affairs Office, Student Activities,
