Under the supervision of the Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships, we are seeking an Associate Director, Financial Aid who will be responsible for coordinating the office's student file review process related to the determination of aid eligibility for all prospective and enrolled undergraduate student populations (freshmen, transfer, waitlist, upperclassmen). This includes international students. The successful candidate will embrace the office's culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing internal controls and practices in use, and identifying areas where processing improvements can be made.
