Summary of Duties:
This position provides fiscal and administrative support for responsible departments within Cougar Health Services; Duties include Daily closing, balancing of the Pharmacy Point of Sale System, prepares cash deposits; tracks and prepares invoice vouchers; coordinating departmental purchasing transactions; verify and authorize purchasing invoices for payment; reconcile expenses; research and reconcile vendor payments with database; research purchasing requests for the best price; prepare department purchasing requests, ascertaining that expenditures are assigned to appropriate budget coding and are allowable with university policies; coordinates & prepares all travel arrangements unit wide within Cougar Health Services, maintains continuing education balances unit wide, prepares and compiles fiscal reports.
Required Qualifications:
Three years of fiscal record keeping experience; OR equivalent education/experience.
Fiscal record keeping experience.
Demonstrated cash handling experience.
Demonstrated experience creating and editing databases, and spreadsheets.
Demonstrated experience in preparing, compiling and providing fiscal reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience/familiarity with WSU Policies and Procedures pertaining to Purchasing.
Experience/familiarity with Workday.

Range 40 | $3,376 to $4,497 (Steps A-M) | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
