As a Student Workerin the position of Peer Navigator, you will be essential to Student Services. Peer Navigators are the frontline assistants, either in person or via phone, helping students and guests navigate campus, offices, departments, and/or services. These students connect persons to resources, troubleshoot academic and non-academic issues, and encourage peers to be actively engaged with the College. Peer Navigators provide administrative support to all departments within Student Services and may work in various locations such as the Information Desk, Testing Center, Accessibility Services, may provide campus tours for Admissions, or work in any other office for administrative support for Student Services.

QUALIFICATIONS: Required Qualifications:
Education: Current UCC full-time student with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher; completion of at least 30 credits is highly preferred.
Experience: Knowledge of student services, campus resources, and student activities.
