Manage the undergraduate recruitment team, including all admission counselors and Assistant Directors with recruitment benchmarks, resources, training, and operational objectives. Assist the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment Systems with daily processes and operations. Help identify systemic inefficiencies and roadblocks and work towards resolutions to help grow enrollment.
