Advise prospective and current students on career, academic and transfer matters through individual and group meetings both in person and virtually.
Utilize resources from enrollment services, financial aid, career and transfer services, and academic programs to best assist students with their goals.
Advise students on college policies and procedures such as registration, testing, add/drop, probation and graduation.
Assist with retention strategies for maintaining student enrollment, persistence and completion.
Provide general information about the college experience and student success strategies.
Participate in special registration and advising events as needed; either in person or virtually.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
Strong technical skills and familiarity with Colleague/Student Planning, website navigation, virtual video platforms and Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a diverse population and exhibit superior customer service skills
Willingness to learn and uphold college policies and procedures
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
