Associate Director, Student Success
As the new two-year residential college division of Boston College, Messina College will offer an associate’s degree program to 100 students annually beginning in the 2024–25 academic year. The program’s goal is to prepare students to enroll in a bachelor’s degree program or begin their professional careers. Messina College students will live and study on the Brookline Campus of Boston College and have full access to BC’s facilities and events.   The Associate Director of Student Success is responsible for providing direct support to students to facilitate their success at Messina College. This includes the overall development and maintenance of mentoring programs for Messina College, including groups and workshops on formation, belonging, wellness, etc.; liaising with Uni
