Job Duties: The Associate Director for Freshmen Recruitment is responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic recruitment plan for both in-state and out-of-state freshmen students at East Carolina University. The Associate Director for Freshmen Recruitment reports directly to the Senior Associate Director. This position reports information related to the outcomes of recruitment initiatives and enrollment funnel data for the freshmen team. The Associate Director for Freshmen Recruitment provides leadership for freshmen applications and all freshmen events.
