The Coordinator of Residential Services is a professional live-out position responsible for supporting the total operations of housing and residence life facilities, technology, occupancy, and day to day management of the front office. This position establishes, maintains, and trains all staff within the department related to technology and operational initiatives. This position collaborates with the Residence Life team to implement summer transitions, summer housing, and support the growth of camps and conferences. This position works closely with all residential staff and works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This is a security-sensitive position.
Major Responsibilities/Duties/Critical Tasks
Provide leadership under the Assistant Director of Housing Administrative and Business Operations to drive strategy and organization related to managing occupancy, housing billing, Technology, software, and training.
Assist with supervision & training of the Housing & Residence Life office Student Housing Assistants.
Implement Housing room assignments and billing processes for all residential students.
Manage housing wait lists as needed.
Conduct daily audits and inspections of the StarRez Housing Management System, and other software systems and hardware to ensure optimal operations at all times.
