This position supports the Office of Student Financial Services by providing information about student accounts, financial aid and payment options to prospective and current students and their families. This position also performs needs analysis, completes verifications and awards financial aid according to federal and institutional guidelines.   • Responds to daily incoming inquiries, calls and emails; ensures response time is meeting expectations. Researches and responds to concerns expediently.• Performs high quality student service in the SFS office and at Campus events
