We are seeking a Registration Coordinator, Customer Service who will provide customer learner support and problem resolution through telephone, email, walk-in, online, mail and fax on a daily basis. The position will be responsible for maintaining learner records and navigating learners through registration processes and procedures throughout the learner lifecycle from registration through graduation.
