The Certified Nursing Assistant Program Manager isresponsible for coordinating day-to-day operations and providing projectmanagement and administrative support for the Certified Nursing AssistantProgram (CNA), with a focus on supporting the efficiency and capacity high-demand workforce training programs. Thisposition will assist in the planning, promotion, and implementation of allevents, programming, online platforms, and administrative processes. TheCertified Nursing Assistant Program Manager will help supportthe creation and expansion of training programs and program development forhigh-demand industries, identified by regional labor market blueprints inalignment with local and state-wide workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants training programs;
- Ensure compliance with program certification requirements and implement strategies to ensure that programs meet the needs of local employers;
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Nursing Assistant programs;
- Ensure compliance with third-party certification bodies' requirements;
- Monitor student attendance and provide referrals to support services as appropriate;
- Collect and analyze data to monitor and evaluate student outcomes;
- Develop and maintain partnerships with employers, Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), and the community to inform them of programs and identify services and externship sites that meet students' needs;
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology,Business Administration, Marketing, Education Administration, or other field relatedto area of assignment; with three (3) years experience and/or traininginvolving area of assignment, which may include business management,program/project management, grant administration, budget development, communityrelations, curriculum development, education, counseling, substance abuse,non-traditional student services, or public assistance programs; or anequivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Demonstrated commitment to working with underserved students;
- Registered Nurse in the state of MA;
- A minimum of 1+ years of work in long term care facility;
- Able to work evenings and weekends;

- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Commitment to participatory decision-making;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with English language learners, adult learners, first-generation students, and students who need support to enroll in college-level coursework;

Additional Information:
Salary Range: $64,292 - $70,133, in accordance with one'seducation and experience as dictated by the collective bargaining agreementclassification compensation structure.
