Job Duties: The primary purpose of this position will be to provide all day-to-day accounting functions on non-clinical activities for the school. Responsibilities will include: assisting in the preparation of budgets for the School of Dental Medicine; contract management; the administration and oversight of the purchasing and payable functions within the school, including the ProCard program. This position will also be responsible for monitoring the school's multiple funding sources including state appropriations, research funds, foundation funds and institutional trust funds. The College Accountant will be responsible for the preparation of ad hoc reports as needed. This position will prepare and review journal entries for the school, assist with personnel action
