Driven by compassion, inclusivity, integrity, teamwork, and work-life balance, this position will provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff who utilize Testing Services at Lansing Community College. Support, administer, and proctor all tests given at the Downtown Testing Center. Evaluate and process waiver documents for course placement levels and prerequisite overrides; work with students and college staff on waiver processes. Provide leadership for various opening, closing, and Saturday shifts. Assist department leaders in sustaining a department that seeks to develop creative solutions and approaches to process improvement.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and testing or student-affairs experience
Demonstrated previous customer service experience
Demonstrated previous office experience
General workplace computer skills
Experience working in a testing environment
