The Study Away and Global Education (SAGE) research project in the Division of Arts & Humanities, New York University Abu Dhabi, seeks to recruit a research assistant to undertake research projects and publish/disseminate findings related to international education, higher education access policies such as affirmative action, and their relationship to student success outcomes.Using large data sets, rigorous statistical methods and policy analysis, alongside qualitative, historical, and mixed-methods approaches, SAGE develops and explores the evidence base for understanding: 1) affirmative action programs in various national contexts with a current focus on Brazil, India, and the US, examining the ways in which affirmative action policies have a dynamic relationship with race/cast
