Primary purpose include but not limited to assisting with the development and supervision of the student-athletes in the Softball program.
Demonstrate ability to assist with coaching of pitchers and recruiting quality student-athletes and other duties assigned by the head coach.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years relevant working and playing experience in softball at the collegiate level.
Required knowledge of and adherence to CAA and NCAA rules and regulations.
Must communicate effectively with all types of people, and establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the students, parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and other college personnel, along with excellent written and verbal skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills along with the ability to multiple task.

Bachelor's degree with 3 – 5 years relevant working experience in softball at the collegiate level.
