Baylor University is seeking a Director, Online Graduate Programs to support the mission of the University at the Hankamer School of Business Graduate Office.
A Masters degree, three years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. Five years of relevant work experience are preferred.

What You Will Do
Duties:
Lead strategic planning and implementation of initiatives to improve and grow Baylor's online business offerings, including the Online MBA (OMBA), Online MS in Business Analytics (OMSBA) program, and related certificate offerings, while maintaining high quality.
Research industry needs and competition to keep Baylor at the forefront of the market.
Generate necessary reports for the executive team as requested.
Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the OMBA and other online programs. This includes:
Supervise four direct reports and one indirect report responsible for OMBA and OMSBA admissions, student services, and instructional design.
Formulate and implement policies and procedures for admissions, student services from enrollment through graduation, and retention of enrolled students.
Coordinate with operations offices across campus to ensure a quality experience for OMBA students.
Coordinate with and manage relationships with vendors, including with the vendor responsible for recruitment (currently Anthology).
Coordinate and manage faculty staffing of all OMBA courses to maintain program quality and meet all accreditation standards. This includes teacher of record and teaching assistants.
Work with marketing vendors and Baylor marketing staff to develop strategies and messaging to promote the OMBA program, OMSBA program, and related certificate offerings. Coordinate marketing efforts with other Baylor MBA programs and with other graduate business offerings and with marketing specialists in the Business School and University.
Participate, with the Associate Dean of Graduate Business Programs and the directors of other MBA programs, in strategic planning and implementation of changes to increase the efficient and effective use of resources and staffing across all MBA programs.
Oversee the gathering and reporting of data to external constituencies.
Oversee assessment and reporting for the OMBA program.
Gather and report data for OMBA Rankings to organizations including US News & World Report, Poets & Quants, Fortune, and others that may be added in the future.
Participate in budget development and monitoring of expenses.
Participate in the development of a comprehensive alumni relations program in conjunction with other Graduate Program Directors and the Director of MBA Career Management
Maintain compliance with external regulations and internal policies.
