The Administrative Coordinator in the Office Student Development and Leadership (OSDL), under the supervision of the Director of the OSDL, will help to support a dynamic department committed to providing students with opportunities for co-curricular learning and sustaining a culture of lifelong leadership development, training and education. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
?? Assist with Student orientation, recruitment and outreach efforts and support student engagement events
?? Process budget requisitions and invoices for payment
?? Maintain program information on department website(s), manuals, and other print or electronic sources
?? Manage and monitor program social media efforts
?? Attend and staff various evening and weekend events
?? Oversee student staff and federal work study students
?? Coordinate logistics for department events and meetings
?? Maintain student enrollment and information databases
?? Collect statistical data as needed for reports and surveys
?? Serve as liaison to various College offices to ensure smooth operations and verification of student information
?? Working alongside communications and marketing department, create and distribute marketing and promotional materials for department programming
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor???s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
?? Experience in administration of public service, social service, education and counseling or mentoring program
?? Computer proficiency using standard office software programs/applications, including Access database and Google docs
?? Demonstrate understanding of and/or experience with student activities on a college campus
?? Ability to work well, interact effectively and plan programs with diverse college population
?? Ability to work in a fast paced, time-sensitive, high volume and dynamic student-focused and customer-responsive environment
?? Strong presentation, verbal, writing and interpersonal communication skills to ensure effective, collaborative, and cooperative work with a diverse community of students, faculty and staff
?? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments, establish priorities and meet deadlines
?? Experience with social media platforms
