Job Description
Manage the reception area of the administrative offices (Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, and Student Services) for the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
Manage the flow of information to graduate students, faculty, department administrators, and the general public by answering all phone calls, emails and greeting all visitors.
Provide administrative support to staff in Graduate Financial Aid and Admissions, and when needed, in Graduate Records and Student Services.
Assist with electronic document management for various GRS databases.
Send email notification of approvals for GRS initiatives and events, in addition to managing calendar and appointments for GRS Associate Dean.
Required Skills A cover letter is required for consideration.
Associate's degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
One to three years of experience.
