Job Description
- Manage the reception area of the administrative offices (Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, and Student Services) for the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
- Manage the flow of information to graduate students, faculty, department administrators, and the general public by answering all phone calls, emails and greeting all visitors.
- Provide administrative support to staff in Graduate Financial Aid and Admissions, and when needed, in Graduate Records and Student Services.
- Assist with electronic document management for various GRS databases.
- Send email notification of approvals for GRS initiatives and events, in addition to managing calendar and appointments for GRS Associate Dean.
Required Skills
A cover letter is required for consideration.
- Associate's degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One to three years of experience.
