Job Description: Under limited supervision, the Career Navigator will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of Adult Education students. The navigator will assist HSE graduates and English Language Acquisition completers with their transition into career pathways, post-secondary education, training, and/or employment. The Career Navigator is responsible to provide counseling and access to ancillary support services to student participants during all stages of enrollment, from entry to exit.
