Keene State College invites applications for a Senior Coordinator of Student Involvement and Well-Being to create, implement, and assess meaningful programs that broadly support student well-being, mitigate risk, and create opportunities for student leadership, growth, and development. This is a full-time benefited position.Reporting to the Director of Student Involvement, the Senior Coordinator also coordinates programs with the support of the Student Involvement team, and in consultation with other departments across campus, most notably the Wellness Center.
Masterâs degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Health Education, Student Affairs, or a closely related field and at least three years of related experienceKnowledge of current and emerging health and wellness issues in higher education and/or population healthKnowledge of student development theory and practiceSuccessful experience creating and leading programs for college studentsDemonstrated knowledge of program assessment and use of learning outcomes
