Responsible to the Assistant Dean of Student Services for orientation, registration, and advisement of pre-nursing students; coordination of application, selection, and notification process for LPN to BSN program using NursingCAS; create and maintain LPN-BSN admissions records and waitlists; provide professional and academic advisement for potential transfer applicants for the LPN to BSN program; assist with registration and advisement of students in the LPN to BSN programs; ensuring that all undergraduate advisees receive correct and prompt information regarding course offerings, admission, progression, and graduation policies, and creating a direct line of communication with each student; solidifying university and College of Nursing relationships with prospective students, current students, and alumni of all nursing programs; and performing other duties as assigned.
