Advertised Job Summary:
Will assist supervisor with selection, preparation and application of paint and other decorative finishes to various types of surfaces in the residence halls, including plaster, wood, sheet rock metal, etc. Under general and direct supervision, will perform these activities in conformance with Federal, state, city and county codes and standards and within any current and future guidelines developed and to be developed by USC and the Department of Housing. Performs necessary surface preparation to surfaces such as stripping, sanding, and repairing as necessary prior to application of paint and decorative finishes.

Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma and 2 years directly related trade experience. Must possess a valid driver's license.
