The Director of Outreach, Recruitment, Retention & Enrollment will be responsible for assuring the School develops and implements intentional and strategic outreach activities designed to reach diverse constituents and communities. The incumbent will advise and support the development of retention strategies, and lead in the design and implementation of an enrollment management approach, considerate of the School's resources, financial requirements, and the current and future needs of the profession.
