Associate Director for Career Management Curriculum & Assessment
In alignment with the College of Liberal Arts’ (CLA) Career Readiness Initiative and as a leader in CLA Career Services, the Associate Director for Career Management Curriculum & Assessment (AD) is charged with advancing the College’s strategy to support undergraduate students as they build their career management competency. This involves guiding and assessing student learning in three distinct ways: 1) coordination and oversight of the career management course curriculum for CLA, 2) connecting and integrating new and existing Career Services programs, services, and resources to scaffold career management competency learning in alignment with office learning outcomes and in ways that facilitate students’ independent progress in developing this competency, and 3) expanding opportunities
