In consultation with the Executive Director, Housing and Residential Engagement, the Director, Residential Engagement serves on the department leadership team sharing responsibility for servicing a residential housing program for over 2,100 students with an annual operating budget of over $30 million. The Director exercises considerable latitude when determining and achieving the complex, comprehensive management of the university's residential engagement programs and services designed to: promotes equity, inclusion and belonging; supports students in distress and those referred for allegations of misconduct; and promotes the quality of life, academic success, and personal development of over 2,100 diverse students of various class years living in 13 residential complexes, open 24 hours
