Assistant Director for Records
We are seeking an Assistant Director for Records who will report to the Peabody Conservatory Registrar, and it has a combination of course scheduling, graduation, records, registration, and data reporting responsibilities. Primarily, the position is responsible for creating and maintaining the course schedules and associated data; managing graduation processes and ceremonies; enrollment assistance; report production; and technology system setup for registration and records processes. The Registration Coordinators position also follows, makes recommendations for, and implements procedures in technical systems to ensure data quality.
