Newberry College is seeking a visionary and “student-first” professional to serve as the Assistant Dean/Director for the Center for Student Success. The successful candidate will serve on the Enrollment/Retention Management Team (ERM) and play an important leadership role in developing retention initiatives to advance the College’s strategic goals. (Note: The ERM team includes the President, VPAA and other key leaders). The Assistant Dean will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Center for Student Success, the hub of student support at the college.
