Job Summary:
Reports to the Assistant Dean for Student Services. This position works under somewhat limited supervision in performing complex office activities requiring ongoing analysis, independent judgment, and discretion.
Essential Duties:
Essential Duties:
- Serve as the first contact when entering the Office of Student Services and managing the main email and phone.
- Provides each visitor with exceptional customer service
- Provides information for callers and visitors and triages situations as needed.
- Coordinates the professional staff calendars.
- Helps support advising 1:1 meetings and group sessions.
- Needs to maintain a professional demeanor and atmosphere at all times.
- Supports professional staff.
- Assist with student appeals each semester by preparing paperwork for each committee member and scheduling students, also attends regular meetings and takes minutes.
- Maintains college student database.
- Maintains Graduate Clinical Healthcare Requirements
- Helps maintain office and college common spaces and bulletin boards.
