JOB SUMMARY: The Enrollment and Records Representative will work with internal and external customers to process and deliver student information. This position provides extensive back-office student support, including the processing of applications for admission, assisting students in registering for classes, processing student record updates such as names and addresses, evaluating transcripts, processing graduation, and assisting with state and federal reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain/process student information; must understand and adhere to confidentiality requirements and FERPA provisions.
Communicate a variety of enrollment and records related information to internal and external customers and assist the office with the enrollment of applicants and current students.
Process a variety of student application forms.
Enter data into college software program and/or the Colleague student information system as requested.
Assist the Registrar with reporting processes as requested.
Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
Handle a high volume of contacts with students, staff, and faculty.
Assist in the maintenance and purging of records in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Helps with the creation of student lists for the college’s yearly Commencement event and assists at the event.
Assist in the processing of early/middle college and standard dual enrollment applications, registrations, and sponsorship postings.
Cross-trained in various areas of the college (including, but not limited to: Admissions, Financial Aid, Advising, Testing, and Business Offices) to effectively provide service to both internal and external customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Under the general supervision of the Registrar.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Associate Degree required. Two years full-time equated experience in related area preferred. Colleague experience preferred.
