Position Function: The Student Information Systems Functional Analyst for the Registrar’s Office is a member of Ball State’s Student Support Systems and Reporting group. The Student Information Systems Functional Analyst recommends business process, method, and system redesign were applicable, acting as an implementer and champion for business process change. They will act behind the scenes to craft solutions for business problems related to projects. Participate in strategy development. Recognize problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent. Drive organizational change taking full account of obstacles, opposition, and differing stakeholder priorities.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree plus a combination of education or experience in IT/technology equivalent to 2 years. Or, in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree plus a combination of education or experience in IT/technology equivalent to 4 years.
Minimum Experience: At least two years of experience with enterprise student information systems, specifically Ellucian Banner, with a track record of increasing experience and responsibility.
Minimum Other:
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to develop and maintain complex SQL queries; proven management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate project status and provide leadership/direction for an implementation process; programming skills with Banner-related products.

The Salary Pay Range for this position is: $55,000 to $65,000
